The Outside World (T.O.W.) opened their very first store along GA 400, just south of the North Georgia Mountains in February 2002. Building upon the success of this formula, The Outside World opened their newest facility in November 2003. Along with expanded inventory that the new building allows, the store also includes a 30,000 gallon, indoor pool to provide onsite, year-round, in-the-water instruction and a convenient place to test boats before customers buy.

T.O.W. also boasts the world's only indoor wave generator exclusively for boaters. (You've gotta see this!) With two 50 horsepower pumps, the wave generator moves 10,000 gallons of water per minute through an adjustable "sluice" to provide a variety of conditions to learn on, experiment with or just have fun with.
