Participants will learn about mountain bike safety, trail etiquette and basic maintenance along with fundamental skills that help you become a better rider. The session will end with a ride on Central Park's new mountain bike trail. Be sure to bring your own bike and helmet.

Directions: From exit 17 on GA 400 travel West for ½ mile
