The South Atlantic League All-Star Game, which will celebrates its 48th year in 2007, showcases the top players from the South Atlantic League’s sixteen teams. The game features the southern league vs. the northern league in a head-to-head contest for bragging rights. In addition, to the game itself, the Rome Braves Extravaganza with feature a home run derby and skills competition, autograph sessions, All-Star Concert, luncheon, and other activities stretching throughout the three days.
