Dear CummingHome.com:

Please give attention to what is about to take place if Delta Air Lines declares bankruptcy. Pension plans are earned benefits. The new bankruptcy laws should stop another law judge from forgiving another pension plan from another bankrupt air line (i.e.United Air Lines).

Perhaps judges that rule pension plans as forgiven should lose their pensions upon their ruling. That would change their minds about broken promises of nearly 30 years.
