Error Correction: Ken Curren wasn't the person who called homeowner Ward Duncan a Taliban Warlord. Attorney George Butler did, and it was during the Special Master Hearing regarding the Eminent Domain proceeding. Butler compared the Duncan family to Taliban Warlords while they were trying to defend their property rights. Transcripts were made of that entire hearing so the verbatim can be proven.
When Ward Duncan got on the stand weeks later and tried to state who he was and that he wasn't a Taliban Warlord but in fact a Citizen of the United States and also had served eight years in the Marine Corps he was immediately shut down by Randall Meinke the Special Master. The same thing happened when the daddy-in-law took the stand.
