The Democrats and their willing accomplices in the media are using the Foley scandal as their “October Surprise.” As reprehensible as ex-Congressman Foley’s actions were, the accusations against Republican leaders are, as of now, unproven and highly suspect. The hypocrisy of the liberals on this issue , is brazen, even for them. The Democrat/media strategy is to blow this scandal way out of proportion in order to tarnish all Republican in Congress and the Senate, create chaos, disillusion Republicans and suppress the Republican vote.

We need to inform everyone we know just what will happen if the Democrats take control of the House and Senate or Georgia State Offices because Republicans stay home on election day or vote to throw out incumbent Republicans. Here's what you can look forward to. The stakes are very high.

1. Forget about appointment of conservative Federal or Supreme Court judges.

2. Expect quick passage of the illegal immigrant amnesty bill, the hiking of immigration quotas, and the dismantling of the nascent border security program.

3. Every one of President Bush's tax cuts will be repealed...This, according to Charlie Rangel, who would become Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. This would be BAD for all taxpayers, BAD for business, BAD for tax revenues and paying down the Federal deficit.

4. We can be certain of a precipitous, premature pullout of American troops from Iraq with all the turmoil that would cause.

5. We would see a rollback of the great progress being made by Governor Perdue working cooperatively with the GOP-controlled State House and Senate.

6. We will have lost the opportunity to elect Republicans to several state offices.

7. There would be a wholesale revocation of dozens of Bush Administration conservative, values-based programs, initiatives, directives and pieces of legislation.

8. You can count on massive increases in government expenditures and the creation of more entitlement programs. If you think the Bush Administration is a big spender, you ain't seen nothin' yet.

9. Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy and company would undo all the Republican programs to reduce abortions.

10. We can kiss the Federal Marriage Amendment goodbye.

This will be the unwritten Democrat Contract With America.

If, because of Republican inaction or pique, Democrats take control of our government, the people who will have the most influence on legislation, policy and our way of life are those with the loudest voices and the most militant followings. Unfortunately they are the hate-filled, radical, leftists --- in the Congress, the liberal think tanks, the blogosphere, the media, the entertainment world and, ironically, socialists like George Soros who finance the extremists with the multiplied $ millions they have made from our free enterprise system.

They are people who despise our military, our sovereignty, our economic system and the Judeo, Christian values that have always been the foundation and strength of our society.

So let's redouble our efforts to speak truth and get those who will vote Republican out to the polls.
