Polls will be open until 7PM, but according to a recent report by Gary Smith, Director of Elections and Registrations for Forsyth County, the turnout at polls around the county is 80-90% of what it was three weeks ago during the primaries.

While this is good news -- and a bit surprising -- all registered voters are strongly encouraged to keep up the momentum and exercise their right to vote for the elected officials who will be charged with running our county. If you haven't voted yet, you've still got plenty of time.
