Enthusiastic backers of Commission candidates Jim Harrell and Charles Laughinghouse assembled at the corner of Highway 9 and Mullinax Road to show their support of these fine Republican candidates.

These supporters, many from the Midway area, feel that we must return to responsible growth and reduce traffic to preserve the quality of life in Forsyth County. By holding these Road Rallies, they hope to demonstrate to the public how important this primary election is to the future of Forsyth County. Name recognition is important as well, and this group of supporters was well stocked with signs and bumper stickers.

Candidate Jim Harrell and his wife, Judy, also participated and were excited by the amount of friendly honks and waves returned by motorists.
