The Forsyth County Republican Party will host its second debate in this year's primary election season. The debate will be for the offices of County Commissioner District 1 and County Commissioner District 3.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 22nd at 6:45 PM at the Cumming City, Hall, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040.

Charlie Laughinghouse (Incumbent)
Pete Amos
Pam Bowman
County Commissioner District 3

This debate will be moderated by radio personality and Cobb County Republican Party Chairman Anthony-Scott Hobbs. Cobb County generates more Republican votes in terms of raw numbers than any other county in the state. We welcome strong, conservative leader, Mr. Hobbs, to our debate.
Debate Format
Each candidate will be allowed an opening and closing statement. Audience members will be invited to submit questions for the candidates. Three questions for each candidate will be chosen from those submitted. Candidates will also have the opportunity to question one another and to rebut answers given.
These debates provide a great opportunity for Forsyth County residents to come and learn the differences between those individuals seeking to represent the Republican Party for these respective offices.
