In a recent string of campaign literature, District 1 commission candidate Pam Bowman stated that Incumbent Charlie Laughinghouse has voted "NO" to every major initiave to solve the county's problems.
Commissioner Dave Richard has issued a challenge to Pam Bowman to prove these claims.

"Pam, since you have accused Charlie Laughinghouse of voting against almost every major initiative in the past four years, name some that he has voted against. I'll accept at least 5 in order to qualify for "almost every major initiative". I'll bet you won't find one.
