“Once Upon a Time” is the 2006 Vacation Reading Program theme. Families can get a preview of this summer’s fun at the Forsyth County Public Library at the “Once Upon a Time” family program. This “sneak preview” will be Tuesday, May 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cumming branch, and Thursday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sharon Forks branch.

Families can learn about the schedule for Vacation Reading Program registration and about special programs and events for preschoolers, children, and teens. They can enjoy traditional folk and fairy tales, some told with a fresh twist, and meet Baby Bear, of “Goldilocks and the Three Bears.”

The 30-minute program is free, and no reservations are needed.

For more information, call the Youth Services Department of the Forsyth County Public Library at 770-781-9840, Ext. 364, or visit the Forsyth County Public Library website: www.forsythpl.org.
