Thanks to the kindness of Mom's Clubs, Angels Over Forsyth and the Realtor's 400 Board, 160 foster care children will receive stockings bearing gifts...
The Mom’s Club of Cumming, S.W., GA and The Mom’s Club of Cumming S.E., GA will be putting together stockings on December 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. for children who are in foster care in Forsyth County. The groups will gather at the Aberdeen Clubhouse in the John’s Creek area to assemble stockings.
Angels Over Forsyth gathered together information from CASA and DFCS in order to ascertain the number of children within our county who are presently in foster care. Angels found there are 160 children at this time, and this information was passed along to The Mom’s Clubs.
The Realtor’s 400 Board donated $1300 for this wonderful and generous project. Thanks to their kind donation, the mothers were able to shop for the stocking gifts and will provide the finished stockings to Angels Over Forsyth, who will distribute them to our children in foster care.
