The Forsyth-Cumming Optimist Club, in cooperation with the Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department, is proud to present the 27th Annual Youth Track Meet!
The event is open to all youth, grades 1-5, and will be held Saturday, April 8th, 2006 at the Forsyth Central High School Stadium. Registration begins at 8:30 AM, and events begin at 9:00.
There is no cost to participate, and each student will recieve a free hot dog, drink and a great looking T-Shirt!
Events are as follows:
LONG JUMP (all grades)
BALL TOSS (all grades)
50-YARD DASH (grades 1-3 only)
100-YARD DASH (grades 4-5 only)
220 DISTANCE RUN (grades 1-3 only)
440 DISTANCE RUN (grades 4-5 only)
TEAM RELAY RACE (four participants per team; all grades)
Each student may enter a maximum of three (3) events. Participants must enter events according to their grade. Entry forms must be filled out, signed by parent or guardian, and returned no later than Friday, March 31. Click HERE for an application
