Notice: Public Meeting To Be Held On 12/13/04

PUBLIC MEETING Forsyth County hereby gives notice that the Forsyth County Water & Sewer Department will hold a public meeting on Monday, December 13, 2004 from 2:00 – 4:00pm. The meeting will be held in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room at the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street, Cumming, GA. The purpose of the public meeting is to: Present the Environmental Information Document (EID) and Design Development Report (DDR) for the proposed James Creek Water Reclamation Facility to be located on James Creek off Nichols Drive. Public participation is considered essential to the selection and development of the final plan to be adopted prior to its approval by the State of Georgia, Department of Natural Resources.
