Stationary and cards will be available to write a personal message to attach to each tree donated. These trees will then be placed on the FEDX truck pick up at Hunters Farms. These trees will then be distributed to Camps and Bases located in the Georgia area and be given to a deserving military family.

Hunters Christmas Tree Farm will be the North Georgia drop off site for the Georgia Christmas Tree Association’s participation in the Trees for Troops program this year.

For the third consecutive year, Hunters Farm , the Georgia Christmas Tree Association and the National Christmas Tree Association will take part in the implementation of the 2007 Trees for Troops program. This year, Trees for Troops will provide approximately 10,000 Real Christmas Trees to military members and their families across the U.S. and overseas. Each Christmas tree grower participating in this program will also be making a donation to the Spirit Foundation Program for each tree purchased by their customers. www.christmastree.org
