C T Grinders is located just off the town square in the historic Kemp House at 103 Kelly Mill Road ( at the corner of Highway 20 West, Canton Highway and Kelly Mill Road). Being unique to the Cumming area, it offers patrons a casual atmosphere with consistently great gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and quiche which are all made to order with fresh foods. The pastry case is filled with “homemade” cakes, pies, cookies, and other treats.

Our reputation is great for the ole-fashioned strawberry cake, peach bread pudding, and our beignets rival the ones in New Orleans. C T Grinders, Cumming’s only true coffeehouse, offers a medium, dark, flavored, and decaf roast each day, along with all the specialty coffee and tea drinks you will find in the national chains and more, like the Jumpy Monkey Mocha. If you are looking for something icy and cold, all the hot espresso drinks can be offered cold or choose from the many frozen blended drinks, smoothies, and Italian sodas on the beverage menu.

Enjoy your meal in a warm, inviting and comfortable atmosphere and take the staff at their word when you hear, “ just make yourself at home.” Take time to browse the gift shop or view the artwork from the local artist. Enjoy the music of local musicians on Friday and Saturday evenings or just enjoy the view of downtown Cumming from the front porch or in the seasonal garden.

C T Grinders also provides catering in house in the reserved rooms or at your location. Don’t forget to call us for your business meetings, birthday parties, wedding showers, bridesmaid luncheons, football parties, picnic, and more. Remember we are also a tea room and offer ( by reservation) children’s tea parties and adult light teas or full afternoon teas. Candlelight dinners are also perfect occasions to make someone feel special in your life. “All you can eat Fridays” offer customers great food with an all you can eat special.

Join us for ART AT THE SHOP, Saturday, April 23, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. C T Grinders yard will be covered with local artist and craftsman selling their artwork. Music from local musicians will be featured throughout the day. Door prizes will be given away.

Friday: 7 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
