To begin this lavish meal, one of Cabernet’s most popular steakhouse salads will be served. The Wedge Salad features a crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with sweet cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon and house-made croutons, and drizzled with a rich, creamy Bleu Cheese Dressing.

Although guests come from miles to enjoy Cabernet’s legendary steaks, the restaurant’s fabulous seafood dishes have developed critical acclaim since the restaurant opened its doors in 2000. As a gift to dads, Chef Holley has created an entrée course that will dazzle both steak and seafood lovers. This incredible entrée will feature a juicy Filet Mignon paired with a Lobster Tail, served with drawn butter, alongside thin green beans.

Whether your dad loves chocolate, cheesecake or fruit, Chef Holley has created the Decadent Dessert Sampler that is sure to please the sweetest dads in town. This dessert sampler features creamy raspberry swirl cheesecake, delectable chocolate hazelnut layered cake and a luscious fruit tart with apricot glaze.

In addition to its fabulous food, Cabernet boasts an impressive selection of wines. For those dads who love a fine glass of wine with their dinner, Cabernet has another treat in store.
